TTD Accommodation: How to Book Talakona and Tirupati Guest Houses for March 2022

  • There are a number of large rest areas that offer free rooms for families who want to stay comfortably. They also provide electricity and water for free.
  • Pilgrims can obtain free accommodation in Tirumala by contacting the central reception office, located near the bus stop.
  • Pilgrims can also rest in the dormitories provided by TTD

the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanamor TTD, has started booking accommodation for pilgrims for the month of March 2022. Andhra PradeshSri Venkateswara Temple is administered by the TTD.

Without valid Darshan tickets, pilgrims will not be allowed to visit Tirumala under the COVID-19 regulations. Pilgrims are therefore recommended to make accommodation arrangements accordingly.

Also, pilgrims are advised to book additional rooms in Tirumala if they have booked Dashan tickets for more people than expected.

Go to Once the page is opened, pilgrims will receive a notification informing them of the instructions. Click ‘Accepted’ after reading.

  • Select a location
  • Then choose the location of the accommodation you want to book. You can choose Tirupati or Talakona

  • Select dates
  • Choose the dates you want from the displayed calendar. If a slot is green, it is available, while the blue color indicates that no quota has been released. The color red indicates that the quota has been filled.

  • Choose the guesthouse

    When you choose a date, a list of available rooms at guesthouses (such as Srinivasam, Madhavam, Thollappa Gardens) will appear, along with the rates.

  • Choose the time slot, the number of people and the number of days
  • Choosing a check-in time slot, number of days and number of guests is the next step. Please note that the administration of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Temple has introduced new amendments effective January 1, 2011, to improve transparency when allocating accommodation to pilgrims. The TTD applies a sanction to pilgrims who do not leave their room within 24 hours in accordance with its standards. Pilgrims who do not leave the room within 24 hours will have to pay rent increased by 200% after 48 hours and 400% after 72 hours.
