Somerset Hotels are currently looking for new owners

Tourism in Weston-super-Mare offers many opportunities in the hospitality and events sector.

In the year ending February 2018, the company recorded profits of over £ 1,000,000, which equates to around £ 300,000 in profit.

It will set you back £ 2,500,000 if you plan to buy this one.

A few doors down is a very similar but much smaller guesthouse and restaurant for sale.

The Mentone Hotel has been the same owner since 1972, but having decided to retire, the property is now for sale.

There are currently 16 en-suite bedrooms and 7 unused bedrooms.

The guide price for this is currently £ 1,450,000.

Finally, what you might call a “more affordable” option is available on Manilla Crescent.

The 30-bedroom guesthouse called New Birchfield Hotel can accommodate up to 60 people and comes with a furnished bar and terrace for al fresco drinks and dining.
