Plans have been submitted to transform a former student house in Plungington into homeless housing.

The nine-bedroom student house is located on rue Villiers and will always have nine bedrooms, only the use will be changed.

The building is currently vacant and the three original parking spaces will be retained.

People who are homeless or at risk of being homeless will be able to live in this development.

No exterior or interior modification is proposed to the building as part of the request.

The site comprises a two-story property and the ground floor houses four bedrooms, two shower / WC rooms and a shared kitchen / lounge area.
